it was a great weekend with the villagers of kg Salinatan pensiangan as TA4XDC together with nurses and doctors voluntarily spared busy schedules to spread the word of living healthy at this part of Sabah.. we were greeted smiling faces and great food throughout our stay here.. i am sure this will not be the last time TA4XDC will be visiting this Village……

TA4XDC New Year Challenge 2011 … it will be a great year.. !!

Jan 16 2011 was the event that took the lives of many 4x4s that competed  for this years TA4XDC New Years Challenge 2011.  A broken winch, gearbox, shafts to name a few of the problems that made this years challenge more gruesome.. .. THanks to all who helped in one way or another for making this years challenge memorable.

Church Visitation to Kg Mampakad Kota Marudu

Our next church visitation is to Mampakad Church in Kota Marudu on August 28 2010.  We will assemble at the Mission office at 6:30am and will start rolling when everyone is around.  For those of you wanting to join, all are welcomed but remember to bring food for potluck.

update on TA4XDC/PMC Tamparuli Revival Meeting

Terima kasih sekali lagi kerana melawat halaman web kami.  Ini merupakan susulan daripada posting tempoh hari tentang Kumpulan Kebangunan Rohani(KKR) yang bakal diadakan di Gereja Pioneer Memorial Tamparuli yang akan bermula pada minggu ini bersamaan dengan 16 Julai – 24 Julai 2010.  Pembicara KKR adalah Dr. Tumalun seorang Profesor Universitas Kelabat Manado Indonesia dan turut bersama beliau adalah isterinya.  Tema pada kali ini bertajuk “Preparing for the Kings Return” dan kami berharap ini akan memberi berkat kepada pendengarnya.  Selain dari itu pada Hari Sabat yang Pertama iaitu 17 Julai, isteri kepada Dr. Tumalun akan memberikan special Talk pada acara tengahari selepas makan tengahari.   KKR akan bermula tepat jam 7petang setiap hari dari 16-24julai.  Datang awal supaya dapat tempat duduk yang selesa.  Kepada mereka yang ingin menjamu selera dengan mereka pada 24 Julai akan diadakan satu potluck bersama selepas sja acara kebaktian selesai semua dijemput hadir.  Kepada AJK KKR dan seisi keluarga mereka pada 17 julai satu potluck juga akan kita adakan bersama Dr. Tumalun.

Oleh itu marilah bersama-sama menghadirkan diri dan mendengar Firman Tuhan serta menjayakan KKR ini.

Revival Meeting

Dengan kerjasama Gereja Pioneer Memorial, akan diadakan satu Revival Meeting pada 16 July hingga 24 July di Gereja Pioneer Memorial Tamparuli.  Speakernya datang dari UniKlabat Indonesia.  Semoga acara ini berjalan dengan lancar dan diberkati Tuhan.

Jamboree 2010 May 28-30, Sorinsim Sub Station Kota Marudu

The TA4XDC Jamboree 2010 this year was held at Sorinsim Sub Station Kota Marudu, jointly organized by the Kota Marudu Adventist Four Wheel Drive Club, the 1st day was extremely tense when one of our members had trouble in the middle of his journey from Ranau to Sorinsim.  Heard that they got to the camp grounds at 2am in the morning on Saturday with the help of the other off roaders that nite.  Thanks to everyone they safely arrived, and we had a wonderful worship together with the members of Sorinsim SDA church.

There were certainly off roading activities the next day Sunday, but Saturday night saw members reintroducing their talents in singing.  Yes it was Karaoke til 12 midnight with Chinese herbal tea being serve as a warming solvent to their throats.

So didn’t i tell you that it was going to be a fun, relaxing, stress free nice time at the Jamboree this year??.. yeah when i meant stress free even the hand phones weren’t working.. NO SERVICE hahah.. well the group picture says it all doesn’t it.. hope to everyone that did not make it this time, BAH next Year Jangan Lupa .. JAMBOREE 2011 !!!!

If You Had Missed Jamboree 2008, Don’t Miss Jamboree 2010

These are the activities that we do during our Annual Jamboree gathering.  Health talks, 4×4 endurance test, 4×4 challenge and of course fellowship among the village folks and also KMA4WDC.  Our health impacts clearly shows that the TA4XDC cares for the community.  Our Jamboree this year will be held at Sorinsim Sub Station over Marak Parak Kota Marudu.  On 28 May – May 30 2010 again we will meet our brothers and sisters of Kota Marudu Adventist 4 Wheel Drive Club to fellowship, rest and relaxation and of course some off roading.. .. C U GUYS THERE.

Agenda : Jamboree 2010

Perjumpaan dimulakan dengan acara makan soup tarajun nangka yang di masak oleh tuan rumah Archley. (saaadddaaaappp ) Perbincangan adalah untuk menentukan acara Jamboree TA4XDC akan terus dilaksana di Sorinsim Sub Station Kota Marudu dan peserta-peserta yang akan mengambil bahagian sekiranya diteruskan.

Church Visitation to Poring-poring and Tombongon

A nice Sabbath outing to two churches in Inanam area.  There were 9 vehicles, assembled in front of the SDA Mission office at around 7am.  Started our journey at about 8 and reach our first destination at about 8.30 …. the road to poring poring is totally paved.. no gravel at all only some steep climbs but not a problem for four wheelers.. even Katung (Sylvester) made it there and he was using his Kelisa.. At Poringx2 a sum of rm260 was donated to the church to ease their burden in connecting their electricity.. …. next stop was tombongon and guess what.. kelisa made it there too using the back road… Katung juga bah..   LOL
